Membership is personal to the registered member and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

3. Subscription & Payments

Membership is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.

  • Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for a 12-month period.

By subscribing, you authorise us to collect payment using your chosen payment method.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Monthly memberships will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • Annual memberships are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

5. Use of Membership

Members must present a valid digital membership (e.g. QR code) to access offers.

JRC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if misuse, fraud, or abuse is suspected.

6. Partner Offers

All offers are provided by third-party partner businesses.

  • Offers may be subject to availability, restrictions, or change.

  • JRC does not guarantee the availability of any specific offer at any time.

  • Any disputes regarding offers must be resolved directly with the partner business.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jersey Rewards Club is not responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, or service provided by partner businesses

  • Any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from use of partner services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRC excludes all liability for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Add, remove, or change partner offers

  • Modify or discontinue parts of the service

  • Update pricing or membership structure

We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes.

9. Data & Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jersey.
